Join our comprehensive training program and earn your Heavy Rigid License (HRL) while getting paid.

You will receive training and mentorship in automatic concrete trucks, uniforms, and safety gear so you're set up for success from day one.

  • A valid Australian Driver's License (automatic or manual) held for at least 2 years, with a solid driving record
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment commercial driver medical, including a drug test
  • Willingness to meet licensing criteria, including declarations about medical history, interlock devices, fines, and disqualifications

To thrive in this role, you'll be reliable, honest, and eager to learn. You'll stay calm and adaptable in changing situations, and you'll approach challenges with a thoughtful and rational mindset.

Your commitment to safety, time management, and following regulations will be key. You'll also build strong relationships, communicate warmly, and deliver excellent customer service when visiting sites.
