Supply Chain Business Analyst

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a leading pharmaceutical organization. As a Supply Chain Business Analyst, you will play a key role in providing data-driven solutions to complex business challenges.

  • Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel to track supply chain performance and metrics.
  • Automate repetitive data tasks with tools like Power Automate to enhance efficiency.
  • Optimize reporting tools and business processes, contributing to improvements in supply chain reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business intelligence, data analysis, and supply chain reporting. Experience with ERP systems like Business Central is highly regarded. Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Cleansing & Quality Control: Ensure data accuracy by applying robust data cleansing methods from Business Central and other systems.
  • Reporting and Data Visualization: Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI and Excel to track supply chain performance and metrics.
  • Automation of Data Processes: Automate repetitive data tasks with tools like Power Automate to enhance efficiency.
  • Continuous Improvement: Optimize reporting tools and business processes, contributing to improvements in supply chain reporting.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
  • 2-3 years in business intelligence, data analysis, or supply chain reporting roles.
  • Experience automating tasks and creating dashboards in Power BI or similar tools.
  • Previous work with ERP systems like Business Central is highly regarded.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with Power Query, SQL, macros, VBA, and Power Automate.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
