About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Assistant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing expert advice on our premium footwear products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
  • Process large volumes of stock and maintain a high level of product knowledge
  • Assist in maintaining the in-store operations, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning
  • Maintain a positive and can-do attitude at all times to drive sales and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience
  • A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
  • The ability to work well within a fast-paced and energetic team environment
  • Self-motivated and willing to meet/exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Ability to listen and use feedback constructively
