Job Role:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our General Medical practice in Rockhampton. The ideal candidate will have AHPRA registration, be passionate about patient care, and have GP nursing experience.
- Exceptional organisational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to administer immunisations including childhood, employment, travel, and COVID-19 vaccinations
- Wound care expertise
- Effective patient triage skills
- Strong sterilisation and infection control practices
- Diagnostics required for Employment and Aviation Medicals
- General Treatment room duties
- Cold Chain management
Our practice has been caring for the Rockhampton community since 1959. We are a large friendly, family orientated private General Medical practice that aims to provide the highest standard of patient care incorporating a holistic approach toward diagnosis and management of illness.
The successful applicant will be available to work between the hours of 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday, with some flexibility possible. A current CPR certificate is also required.
