Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Support Associate.

  • Diary and inbox management
  • Preparing correspondence, meeting minutes and agendas
  • Scheduling appointments and liaising with patients and healthcare providers

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative assistance including triaging telephone calls, patient and staff enquiries, collection and distribution of mail
  • Preparing correspondence and documentation, filing, maintaining calendars and email for other staff
  • Arranging meetings, agendas and minutes, sending emails, arranging catering, preparation of presentations and conference material

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in the provision of administrative support services, including the ability to take minutes and format complex business documents
  • Ability to work unsupervised and demonstrated record of self-directed work practices
  • Ability to work flexibly, organise and prioritise a diverse workload, work proficiently in periods of high demand and activity
