We are seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate heavy equipment, including backhoes and excavators.
  • Collaborate with drivers and members of the public to ensure safe and efficient waste management practices.
  • Transport and compact soil, gravel, and other materials in accordance with company regulations.
  • Perform routine maintenance on vehicles and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements:
  • Valid Heavy Rigid (HR) and Backhoe Licence.
  • Proven experience operating heavy equipment, including backhoes and 4-in-1 buckets.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including 10-hour shifts and overtime.
  • Adequate transportation to and from work sites.
  • Previous experience in the waste management industry.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
