**Job Opportunity: Lead Engineer for Digital Experience Platform**This role is part of a cloud-based digital experience platform project, focusing on developing capabilities such as content management and optimisation tooling. As a lead engineer, you will be responsible for guiding the team and shaping solutions while staying actively involved in coding.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in technical leadership, guiding teams and shaping solutions while staying actively involved in coding. They must have full-stack software engineering expertise, building and maintaining large-scale software products from concept to production. Additionally, they should have a strong understanding of testing principles and demonstrated experience in implementing testing strategies to improve software quality and robustness.**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Lead the development of large-scale software products from concept to production
  • Guide teams and shape solutions while staying actively involved in coding
  • Implement testing strategies to improve software quality and robustness
  • Develop secure coding practices, particularly community standards such as OWASP
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
  • Proven hands-on experience in technical leadership, guiding teams and shaping solutions while staying actively involved in coding
  • Full-stack software engineering expertise, building and maintaining large-scale software products from concept to production
  • Must have experience in our DXP tech stack - TypeScript, React, Node, AWS
  • Strong understanding of testing principles and demonstrated experience in implementing testing strategies to improve software quality and robustness
  • Experience with Agile or other iterative development methodologies
  • Strong understanding of secure coding practices, particularly community standards such as OWASP
