Program Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our role in significant infrastructure programs, focusing on Victoria's biggest rail infrastructure commitments.
About the RoleThe Program Director - Central will oversee a portfolio of key projects delivering major transport infrastructure improvements on the V/Line network.
Key Responsibilities- Lead multi-disciplinary teams to ensure safety, time, cost, and quality outcomes.
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the project teams.
- Offer expert advice on technical integration and risk management.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders.
- Manage interfaces with delivery partners and government agencies.
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Business, Construction, or related fields.
- Formal Project Management qualifications (or ability to obtain).
- Extensive experience leading complex programs in a rail environment.
- Proven history leading multi-disciplinary teams to achieve business outcomes.
- Knowledge of relevant policies and legislation in rail or similar.
