About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Internal Audit Manager to join our dynamic team at Future You. As a pivotal member of our Internal Audit function, you will play a critical role in providing assurance on risk management, control environments, and compliance across business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit Execution: Conduct and lead financial and operational audits, utilizing risk-based methodologies.
  • Process Improvement: Identify control weaknesses, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, and recommend practical solutions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with senior management to align on audit findings and facilitate impactful changes.
  • Leadership: Assist with complex audits and independently lead smaller audits, managing end-to-end planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Reporting: Prepare comprehensive audit reports and communicate results to senior leadership.
  • Advocacy: Represent and promote the Internal Audit function within the business to foster a culture of accountability.

Your Profile:

  • Experience: 4+ years in Internal Audit, ideally with exposure to Big 4 or Mid-Tier firms and industry roles.
  • Qualifications: CA, CPA, or CIA certification is essential.
  • Skills: Strong in process analysis, risk assessment, and operational and financial audits. Proficient in IT applications, data analytics, and time management.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
