Job Role: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Mental Health Specialist to support students from Prep to Year 12 in achieving their full potential.
About the Role: As a key member of our wellbeing workforce, you will work closely with students to understand their mental health needs and provide tailored support. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact on young lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mental Health Support: Provide high-quality support to students from Prep to Year 12, helping them manage their mental health needs and achieve academic success.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with students, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless support and coordination.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with best practices in mental health support and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in mental health support or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport with students and staff.
