Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced data professional to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of enterprise-wide data architecture.

This is a rare opportunity to work on a bold and exciting transformation, investing in people, systems, and processes to unlock smarter ways of working, better serve customers, and power long-term growth.

The successful candidate will collaborate with technical leads, business SMEs, and delivery partners to build scalable, high-quality SAP data models that bridge SAP and non-SAP data sources.

Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and document high-quality, scalable SAP data models aligned with reporting and analytics needs
  • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define data model requirements and ensure alignment across operational and analytical priorities
  • Translate complex data sources into clear, structured models using best-practice methodologies (Kimball, metadata, lineage etc.)
  • Identify data gaps and quality issues—proposing clear solutions and mitigation strategies
  • Embed strong data governance and documentation practices from day one
  • Support the integration of SAP and non-SAP systems into a cohesive data ecosystem
Requirements
  • 10+ years' experience in enterprise data modelling, including 7+ years in SAP S/4HANA environments
  • Proven expertise with SAP Datasphere, SAP Data Objects, and modern data architecture
  • Experience working with system integrators and leading cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong knowledge of data governance, metadata, lineage, and documentation best practices
  • Proficiency with tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP MDG, Power BI or Snowflake
  • A proactive, analytical mindset and a passion for unlocking the power of data
