Our Kitchen Team:

As a valued member of our kitchen team, you will support the Head Chef in managing all kitchen operations. You will aid in planning and overseeing food preparation and culinary activities in a dynamic setting. Adapt and design menus that adhere to quality standards and reflect seasonal availability. Calculate food and labor costs. Lead and train kitchen staff, enhancing their skills and performance. Coordinate the procurement and maintenance of kitchen equipment. Uphold sanitation and safety standards to ensure a compliant kitchen environment. Guide the kitchen team to consistently produce high-quality dishes.

Requirements:

- Demonstrated experience as a Sous Chef in a renowned restaurant
- Culinary school diploma or comparable practical experience
- Thorough knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Strong track record in kitchen and staff management
- Grasp of industry best practices
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team effectively
- Deep passion for culinary arts and food preparation techniques
