Assistant Principal

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced leader to join our team as an Assistant Principal at a highly regarded private school in the Darling Downs region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in providing leadership and management to the school community and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Principal in providing strategic leadership and direction to the school.
• Uphold the school's principles and the ethos of Catholicism.
• Promote and support student achievement and well-being.
• Encourage professional learning and development for staff to ensure best practices.
• Facilitate pastoral care and behavior programs to build a positive school culture.
• Support strategic plans for school policies, processes, resources, and data collection.

Requirements:

• QCT registration.
• To be of the Catholic faith and able to promote religious leadership.
• Relevant experience, whether that be leadership at a middle level or above.
• Highly capable of leading and fostering great relationships with staff and students alike.
