At Sulzer Australia's Rydalmere Service Centre, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead our dynamic team of Electrical Fitters, Tradespeople, and Apprentices. This role presents a unique opportunity to oversee the repair and overhaul of high voltage electrical rotating equipment and machinery.

Job Description: As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and overhauling electro-mechanical equipment. Your key tasks include collaborating with management to meet targets, mentoring and developing team members, ensuring health and safety compliance, and quoting and estimating jobs. If you have experience in supervisory or leadership roles and possess strong problem-solving and communication skills, this position could be the perfect fit for you.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need a Trade Qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related field, at least 5 years of experience in the repair and overhaul of high/medium/low voltage electrical rotating equipment and machinery, and demonstrated experience in a supervisory or leadership position. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are also essential.

Estimated Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This includes a base hourly rate plus bonuses based on performance.
