Job Overview

This senior beauty advisor position is a key role in leading the store team to deliver an exceptional client experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example, showcasing Sephora's DNA of delivering a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience.
  • Drive sales growth by consistently raising the performance and capability of your team through coaching and supporting their growth and development.
  • Utilise reporting data to inform operational decisions by working closely with the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and fellow team members.
  • Foster open communication within your team by providing effective feedback and consistent communication with the Management team.
  • Serve as the point of contact for client and team matters within a fast-paced environment to confidently make informed decisions.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail management experience, including managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management & training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input data for daily reporting.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional client service and experiential retail to maintain a strong brand presence.
  • Ability to motivate, coach, and help team members succeed.
  • History of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • A drive for results and a passion for maintaining a positive culture where everyone is valued, recognized, and enabled to succeed through feedback and career development, coaching, learning, and recognition.
