Job Description: As an Insurance Solutions Expert, you will be responsible for expanding your Workers Compensation experience into the Broker world.

You will join a well-established team as a key player in Worker Compensation, supporting clients across Australia.

Your existing Workers Compensation Account Management experience will be utilized to ensure clients receive up-to-date and effective advice on workers' compensation insurance services.

You will be the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through policy management, renewals, claims processes, and risk assessment.

This role has been created from business growth and is an exciting time to join our organization. Our team usually works in office Monday - Wednesday and from home Thursday/Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and offering tailored insurance solutions.
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of workers' compensation policies, from initial underwriting submissions to policy renewals.
  • Provide guidance to clients on risk management strategies, workplace safety protocols, and compliance with regulations.
  • Stay informed about regulatory changes in workers' compensation insurance and advise clients on maintaining policy compliance.
  • Educate clients about workers' compensation coverage, benefits, and claims processes to foster clear understanding.
  • Act as a problem solver and mediator in cases of claims disputes, policy concerns, or coverage inquiries.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on insurance trends, emerging risks, and competitive offerings.

Requirements:

  • Existing Workers Compensation Account Management Required
  • Confident in stakeholder influencing and negotiation critical
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal with a professional approach
