Job Summary

HR Truck Driver required for a leading food service distributor. The successful candidate will drive heavy rigid vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries and pickups. Key responsibilities include performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, loading and unloading goods, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities
  • Drive heavy rigid vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to road regulations and company policies.
  • Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and functionality.
  • Load and unload goods, materials, or passengers as required, ensuring efficient use of time.
  • Plan and navigate efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle logs, and any incidents.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members.
  • Provide outstanding customer service during all interactions.
  • Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
