About the Role: We are seeking highly skilled Bartenders to join our dynamic team, responsible for delivering outstanding service, preparing high-quality beverages, and ensuring seamless guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serving Excellence: Provide attentive and engaging service to all bar guests, serving cold beers, great wines, and delicious cocktails that Fridays' is famous for.
  • Drink Connoisseur: Create high-quality drinks that meet your personal standards and exceed our guests' expectations.
  • Efficient Service: Assist with seating and serving food and drinks to our guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Upselling Expertise: Promote our loyalty program and suggest premium offerings to enhance the guest experience.
  • Bar Etiquette: Deliver exceptional bar etiquette while ensuring swift service to our guests.
  • Maintenance and Restocking: Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Customer Focus: Prioritize guest satisfaction and provide exceptional service to create lasting impressions.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all relevant food and beverage regulations.

What You Need:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress/Bartender is desirable but not essential.
  • Customer-Focused Approach: Demonstrate a fun and engaging customer-oriented approach alongside excellent service standards.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Show enthusiasm and a collaborative approach to working in a team.
  • Eligibility: Be eligible to work in Australia.
