We're seeking a seasoned Account Manager to drive revenue growth within our existing customer base. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with our clients to identify opportunities for expansion and enhance their overall experience with our product.

Your primary goal will be to increase customer spend and usage, while maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients. You'll need to think strategically, be proactive in identifying new opportunities, and have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with our teams.

  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth within your designated customer patch by increasing the number of active teams using our product.">
  • Account Management: Grow our top accounts by boosting spend and usage, while maintaining and strengthening client relationships through effective communication and support.">
  • Lead Identification and Qualification: Identify and qualify leads, foster opportunity development, and track progress to optimize sales strategies.">
  • Sales Initiatives and Travel: Engage in proactive sales initiatives, including upselling and cross-selling our product line, and conduct regular face-to-face client meetings.">

You'll be successful in this role if you:

  • Have at least 2 years of experience as an Account Manager with a focus on growth and sales targets.">
  • Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.">
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.">
  • Are a strategic thinker, able to identify opportunities for growth and develop plans to achieve them.">
  • Are self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed and meet or exceed sales targets.">
