As our Employer Engagement Manager, you will lead a team of dedicated Employment Engagement Consultants who work with our employer partners.

Your team plays a vital role in securing employment opportunities for our clients.

You will have the opportunity to work with employers around their diversity strategies and how to build that into their recruitment practices.

You and your team will build partnerships with a range of employers from small businesses to large corporate organisations and assist them with their recruitment needs.

You will also account manage some of our key employers in your area.

This is a great opportunity to truly help shape how organisations can employ people with disability, injury or health condition.

You will have strong leadership and strategic experience (ideally 3+ years), commercial acumen, drive and initiative, negotiation skills and ability to network with employers and generate leads and account manage employers effectively.

In addition, you will have the ability to manage and motivate high achievers in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment.
