Job Title: Garden Labourer

We are seeking a skilled Garden Labourer to join our team. As a Garden Labourer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to gardening and grounds maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform tasks such as planting, weeding, pruning, and watering.
  • Mow lawns, trim edges, and care for turf areas.
  • Prepare soil, mulch, and plant beds.
  • Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment.
  • Adhere to safety protocols for a safe work environment.
Requirements:
  • Experience in gardening or grounds maintenance is ideal but not essential.
  • Willingness to learn and a keen attitude are essential.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and the sun.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
