About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to assist our Senior Project Manager with coordination, administration, and related activities for implementing the Compass Platform in Western Australian state schools.

This role is perfect for a project administration expert with proven expertise in organizing, recording, and reporting on key governance meetings. You'll create and maintain essential project documentation, including schedules, status reports, meeting minutes, and action registers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans to schedule key project milestones and activities.
  • Track project progress and provide regular status updates to the team and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to plan software delivery scope.
  • Manage project scope adjustments and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Coordinate project accountability, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Attend key project meetings and take notes, following up on actions.

Requirements

You'll need:

  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
  • Previous experience with MS Project schedules.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, juggling multiple tasks, deadlines, and logistics.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A sharp eye for detail and accuracy.
  • A proactive approach to addressing challenges and resolving issues.
  • A determined mindset focused on results and project goals.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience).
