We are seeking a skilled and passionate Perioperative Nurse to join our team at Albury Wodonga Health. As a key member of our surgical services team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert perioperative nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest perioperative nursing practices and technologies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Valid registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Previous experience in perioperative nursing, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to patient safety and quality care.
- A positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
