As an Electrical Trades Instructor, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of your students, empowering them with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their chosen careers.

The successful candidate will possess a trade qualification in electrical work, current industry skills directly relevant to the training and assessment being provided, as well as a strong understanding of vocational training and learning principles.

To be considered for this role, applicants must hold or be willing to obtain a qualification in adult education.

  • A trade qualification in electrical work;
  • Current industry skills directly relevant to the training and assessment being provided;
  • Current knowledge and skills in vocational training and learning that informs the training and assessment provided;
  • Evidence of undertaking professional development in the fields of the knowledge and practice of vocational training, learning and assessment including competency-based training and assessment;
  • A qualification in adult education, such as a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment;
