Agricultural Program Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to fill the role of Agricultural Program Coordinator. This position plays a crucial part in the success of our agricultural program, ensuring that all resources and staff are well-managed, organized, and compliant.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the implementation of our agricultural program across Prep to Year 12
- Collaborate closely with Heads of School and Head of Science to achieve valuable learning goals in science and agriculture
- Ensure the effective management of resources and staff to meet the needs of the program
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of agricultural practices and techniques, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff, and contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture.
Selection Criteria- Relevant experience and knowledge in an agricultural environment
- Strong animal husbandry skills and understanding
- Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and staff
- Current Queensland Blue Card
