We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to fill this critical role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a strong presence as a first responder to breakdown events.

  • Evaluate and implement fleet maintenance strategies.

  • Develop effective engine data capture processes.

  • Diagnose faults with precision and efficiency.

  • Perform diverse range of engine repairs, both major and minor.

  • Work autonomously while fostering a collaborative team environment.

  • Negotiate successful outcomes with other Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).

  • Serve as the representative face of the company at customer sites.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of field service experience coupled with heavy duty engine expertise.

  • Possess relevant trade qualification, preferably in Heavy Diesel.

  • Demonstrate strong engine diagnostic skills.

  • Ability to work independently for extended periods, including remotely.

  • Commitment to upholding workplace safety standards.

  • Hold a valid driver's license.

  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and toolset.

  • Demonstrate attention to detail and enthusiasm for delivering quality repairs.

  • Prior engine rebuild and major repair experience is advantageous but not essential.

  • Familiarity with our product line is beneficial but not required.
