Lead Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and passionate educator to join our team as a Lead Educator. This is a full-time position that requires 38 hours of work per week.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering age-appropriate activities, including art, music, movement, and outdoor play. You will also foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that promotes teamwork and respect for diversity.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a Diploma Qualification in Children's Services and an understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS). You will also need to have proven experience working with children aged 0-5 years and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

You will also share our commitment and passion for bringing learning to life, inspiring the children in our care to reach their full potential.

  • Develop and implement engaging and educational programs for children aged 0-5 years
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that promotes teamwork and respect for diversity
  • Observe and assess the development and progress of each child, and communicate with parents and colleagues about individual needs and achievements
  • Maintain a clean and organised room, including managing materials and supplies
