We are a reputable healthcare organization seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in the beautiful Richmond Valley. Our client proudly showcases their state-of-the-art facility, featuring 30 rooms and an optional self-contained unit for accommodation.

Compensation Package

The successful candidate will receive a competitive hourly rate, including eligibility for NFP salary packaging options. This package includes $15,990 + $2,650 entertainment, meal, and accommodation tax-free. We also offer relocation financial support, AHPRA registration fee paid annually, flexible shifts, and sponsorship opportunities for selected candidates.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse at Zonda People, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality service and care to our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to provide clinical support and advice to the Residential Aged Care Team as required. You will also use resources and equipment effectively and economically for authorized purposes only, conduct complex clinical assessments, and ensure outstanding customer service to clients.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical support and advice to the Residential Aged Care Team as required.
  • Use resources and equipment effectively and economically for authorized purposes only.
  • Carry out complex clinical assessments and ensure that the clinical care needs of clients are identified.
  • Ensure outstanding customer service to clients, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Attend and/or facilitate Case Conferences and client discussion meetings as required.
  • Maintain effective professional relationships with other service providers, medical professionals, and health professionals as required.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
  • Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 12 months experience post-registration qualification.
  • Current Driving Licence.
  • Current CPR Certificate.
  • Demonstrated ability to use the Microsoft Office Professional Suite (all applications).
  • Excellent Customer Service.
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Active Listening Skills.
  • Good Written and Communication Skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and prioritize work according to strict guidelines and an eye for detail.
  • Demonstrated decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict management skills.
  • Time, Task, and Priority Management Skills.
