Are you passionate about helping others achieve their career goals? As an Employment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting job seekers to transform their lives. This exciting and rewarding role involves working closely with stakeholders, including employers and participants, to deliver tailored employment solutions.

Key responsibilities include identifying and securing employment opportunities for participants with local employers, supporting them to identify skills to become job ready, and delivering quality service whilst adhering to all contractual and compliance requirements.

Other key responsibilities include enhancing participants' employability through training and support service referrals, developing personalized job plans for clear employment pathways, and building and maintaining positive relationships with local employers and community groups.

Individuals that demonstrate empathy and compassion towards those with disability, injury, or barriers to employment are highly valued. People who are motivated to go above and beyond for their participants, have excellent communication skills, and can demonstrate composure and adaptability through the day-to-day challenges of the role are ideal candidates.

To be considered, you will need to have eligibility to work in Australia, a current driver's license, a comprehensively insured vehicle, a MyGovID (Standard level), and be willing to complete a National Police Check and a Working with Children Check.
