Housekeeping Assistant

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to maintain our high standards of cleanliness and provide exceptional service to our guests.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Anticipate and attend to guest needs and desires promptly
  • Clean and service allocated rooms to the highest standards within the allocated time
  • Replenish and control guest supplies
  • Report maintenance needing attention to the Supervisor
  • Follow all Housekeeping policies and procedures
  • Maintain a consistently high level of professional appearance
  • Inform the Housekeeping Office of any unusual situations
  • Report potential health and safety hazards
  • Greet guests in a polite and courteous manner
  • Attend monthly departmental communication, training, and information meetings
  • Comply with all standard operational policies and procedures
  • Practice all established workplace health and safety guidelines
  • Assist other departments or outlets when required
