Occupational Therapy Team Lead Opportunity

This role is seeking an experienced and skilled Occupational Therapist to lead our occupational therapy team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the team, including planning, implementing, and evaluating programs and services.

They will also be responsible for ensuring that all team members have the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to provide high-quality care to clients.

As a leader, you will be expected to demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire others.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the occupational therapy team
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and outcomes
  • Ensure that all team members have the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to provide high-quality care
  • Motivate and inspire others to achieve their full potential
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role in occupational therapy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Other Information:

This is a permanent part-time position, working 45.6 hours per fortnight. The successful candidate will be required to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
