Job Title: Kitchen Hand

About the Role:
  • Assist with food preparation, presentation, and delivery to ensure high-quality dishes are served consistently.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, storage rooms, and dining areas to adhere to strict health and safety standards.
  • Contribute to efficient inventory management by stocking and organizing supplies and produce.
  • Ensure accurate and timely dish washing to maintain high standards of hygiene.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve seamless kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

  • Deliver excellent customer service by being approachable, friendly, and attentive.
  • Demonstrate previous experience working in a commercial kitchen environment, showcasing adaptability and resourcefulness.
  • Apply knowledge of food safety standards and demonstrate commitment to maintaining a clean and safe workplace.
  • Work effectively as part of a team while also being able to take initiative and work autonomously when required.
  • Manage time efficiently, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Show flexibility in scheduling, including weekends, public holidays, and short notice.
  • Hold a current valid driver's license, essential for performing job duties.
