Experienced Vehicle Servicing Specialist

As a key member of our service team, the Service Advisor role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively manage guest appointments while providing tailored solutions for vehicle servicing needs.
- Primary responsibilities include greeting customers at the dealership's service department
- Booking and managing guest appointments with precision
- Clearly communicating vehicle symptoms and fault rectifications to guests
- Accurately obtaining parts and labor prices for our clients
- Maintaining guests informed on the servicing progress of their vehicles
- Efficiently handling any guest complaints and resolving issues promptly
- Preparation and timely closure of allocated repair orders
- Ensuring guests are provided with recommended maintenance schedules for future service requirements
A valid driver's license including manual transmissions is also essential. We seek an experienced Service Advisor with strong written and verbal communication skills, effective time management, and the ability to work under pressure.
