Security Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Services Coordinator to provide effective security services throughout our premises.

  • Maintaining the security of property and personnel;
  • Providing exceptional customer service skills and handling all situations in a professional manner;
  • Ensuring patron adherence to entry regulations;
  • Monitoring patron behavior and RSA compliance;
  • Managing intoxicated patrons in a safe and responsible manner;
  • Maintaining effective relationships with internal and external customers;
  • Adhering to organizational policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Previous experience as a Security Officer, preferably within the hospitality industry;
  • Be physically fit and possess strong communication skills;
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to manage high-pressure situations effectively;
  • Strong attention to detail, tact, and diplomacy;
  • A current 1A Security License, First Aid, RSA, and RCG qualifications;
  • Current Driver's Licence, as occasional off-site tasks may require transportation;
  • This is a hands-on role that requires adaptability and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
