Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Food Production Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a passion for working with raw ingredients and be willing to learn and follow food safety protocols.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in food production or processing and be physically fit and comfortable with manual handling. They will also possess strong attention to detail, reliability, good literacy, and numeracy skills.

  • Loading and mixing raw ingredients in the correct order
  • Weighing, blending, bagging, labeling, and palletising finished products (up to 25kg lifting)
  • Operating basic production machinery (batching, weighing, mixing)
  • FOLLOWING HACCP AND FOOD SAFETY STANDARDS
  • Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
