This is a full-time and ongoing position commencing from the next academic year.
- Support and grow embedded excellence in the teaching of History as a discipline, curriculum development and administration of History programs for Years 7 to 12, with a particular emphasis on the senior years.
- Promote a collaborative and high-performing culture within the Department.
The successful applicant will possess:
- Excellent collaborative teaching practice.
- Expert knowledge in compliance standards (preferably QCAAs).
- Relevant teaching qualifications.
- A comprehensive understanding of and expertise in teaching History.
- Experience in the development of curriculum and assessment.
- Leadership and collaborative skills and a commitment to maintaining a high-performing school culture.
- A current Queensland College of Teachers registration.
