As a Senior Solutions Engineer with IPD Australia, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides innovative solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive technical support and tailored solutions for key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and successful project outcomes through proactive engagement and responsiveness.
- Assist key accounts in achieving their objectives by identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, while ensuring IPD's continued value in their operations and project success.
- Collaborate closely with the Strategic Solutions Team on pre-sales activities, including crafting innovative solution designs, assisting in developing proposals, pursuing project opportunities, and delivering compelling technical presentations.
- Actively communicate client challenges and inquiries to internal teams, ensuring timely responses and effective follow-up to resolve issues and enhance overall client experience.
- Conduct engaging training courses for both customers and staff to foster knowledge sharing, and assist in the development of marketing materials that clearly identify client needs and align them with our products and services.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- With a minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial automation, you have a strong focus on PLC, SCADA, and Historian. Exposure to industrial communications, RTUs, and IIOT is highly regarded.
- Your proficiency in GE Vernova software and Emerson PAC systems is desirable.
- You have demonstrated experience in site-based architectures, system deployments, commissioning, and technical support.
- You are skilled at troubleshooting complex technical issues independently.
- You hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or similar.
- You have good problem-solving skills and a desire to understand how things work.
