About the Job

You'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising jobs to sourcing and onboarding top talent. This includes collaborating with hiring managers to determine recruitment priorities, developing effective hiring plans, and utilizing various sourcing methods to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize direct sourcing, social media, job boards, and networking to attract top technical talent.
  • Hiring Manager Support: Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop effective hiring plans and ensure timely fillings of vacancies.
  • Talent Management: Manage candidate pipelines, schedule interviews, and onboard new hires.

About You

  • Experience: Proven track record as a technical recruiter within a technology company, ideally with experience in start-up and/or scale-up environments.
  • Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and strategic thinking.
  • Requirements: Familiarity with modern recruitment tools, including Lever and BambooHR; full Australian working rights are essential.
