Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Facilities Planning Specialist to partner with our team to effectively lead and support facilities planning activities and associated design of facility solutions to meet both short-range and long-range business objectives.

This role will be based in Brisbane or Williamtown/Newcastle and requires high levels of personal and professional conduct and adherence to relevant standards at all times.

  • Prepares and maintains master site facility plans.
  • Develops effective processes and leads cadence associated with facilities planning activities.
  • Supports leadership within local facilities team to ensure business requirements are being addressed and prioritised accordingly.
  • Pro-actively identifies and pursues opportunities to optimise space across the asset portfolio and effectively leads these space management initiatives
