Vehicle Service Role

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Service Technician to uphold exceptional vehicle service standards and deliver an outstanding experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct diagnostic and repair work on all aspects of the Tesla product line.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to drive maximum service efficiency.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to enable continuous improvement of procedures and products.
  • Maintain a collaborative and respectful attitude in a dynamic environment.
  • Operate high-end tools and equipment.
  • Document repairs consistently and concisely.
  • Inspect and maintain service equipment and request replacements as required.
  • Partner with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of Tesla products.
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new technicians where necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fully qualified Motor Mechanic or Registered Vehicle Technician (Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a fully qualified Motor Mechanic or Technician.
  • Knowledge of methods, techniques, parts and tools used in vehicle maintenance and repair.
  • Experience working with EVs or Hybrid Vehicles is advantageous.
  • A creative problem solver who is open to new ideas and approaches.
