This role involves providing strategic leadership and solution assurance for the organisation's People Services function.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in SAP ECC, SuccessFactors, and S/4 HANA environments, with expertise in functional consulting and/or SAP solution architecture.
- Key responsibilities: Leading SAP functional teams, implementing frameworks such as SAP Activate, and delivering large-scale projects in complex environments.
- Functional requirements: Deep functional knowledge of SAP HCM sub-modules, including Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration, Organisational Management, People Analytics/MSS, and SuccessFactors.
- Expertise required: Master Data Governance, including ownership, standards, quality, lifecycle management, security, and integration.
- Desirable skills: Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong business and vendor partnerships.
