Director of Transformational Change

Our organization is seeking a skilled Program Director to lead our transformational programs and ensure their successful implementation. This role will play a vital part in driving our growth strategy and overseeing the integration of new initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Programme leadership: Lead the end-to-end integration process from pre-close planning through to completion, developing and executing integration strategies and project timelines.
- Stakeholder management: Build and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders providing regular communication on progress.
- Functional integration: Oversee the implementation of integration plans across functions areas ensuring alignment with best practices and organisation standards.
- Change management: Develop and implement strategies that ensure the smooth transition to integration and changes.
- Risk management: Identify potential risks and issues and develop strategies to mitigate them.
We are looking for an individual with a natural flair for collaboration and communication, passionate and resilient who brings a positive attitude to work each day. The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience managing M&A integration projects (preferably in an SME or mid-size business) including a technical integration skillset.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex initiatives to successful completion.
- Confident communicator who can build trust and strong relationships to influence stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data and identify trends.
