Job Role

As a Japanese Tour Guide, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional travel experiences for international and domestic tourists.

We are seeking passionate and knowledgeable professionals to join our team and provide detailed explanations about landmarks, history, and culture in an engaging manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct guided tours for Japanese-speaking visitors, ensuring an enjoyable and educational experience.
  • Provide expert insights on Australia's key tourist attractions, culture, and history.
  • Assist tourists with inquiries, translation, and cultural understanding.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of tour participants throughout the journey.
  • Coordinate with drivers and tour coordinators to maintain smooth operations.
  • Promote positive guest experiences and address any concerns with professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Japanese (native or advanced proficiency) and English.
  • Previous experience as a tour guide or a strong background in hospitality, tourism, or customer service.
  • In-depth knowledge of Australian culture, history, and tourist attractions.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to manage groups and maintain a friendly, engaging atmosphere.
  • Valid Australian driver's license (preferred but not required).
  • First aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
