Job Overview

Our team seeks an expert Auto Parts Interpreter to provide accurate technical support to customers. You will leverage your knowledge of automotive/mechanical expertise to assist customers with product information and advice.

  • Main Responsibilities
  • Interpret vehicle parts and components
  • Process customer orders efficiently
  • Dispatch products and parts
  • Promote special deals and discounts
  • Arrange buy-ins and credits for customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Strong knowledge of automotive/mechanical principlesExcellent communication skills to share knowledge effectivelyInnovative approach to work with a focus on problem-solvingComfortable working in a fast-paced environment
