About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team at Rehab Management. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based rehabilitation services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop rehabilitation plans for injured workers, taking into account their individual needs and goals.
  • Conduct workplace visits to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to prevent workplace injuries.
  • Provide clinical opinions and justification to insurers through report writing.
  • Educate workplaces on how to prevent workplace injuries and promote a safe working environment.
  • Case manage complex injuries and liaise with treating doctors and health professionals to ensure seamless care.
Requirements
  • AHPRA or ESSA registration and a tertiary degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, employers, and other stakeholders.
  • A passion for helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans and achieve their full potential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality services.
