They will also build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the hospital, ensuring compliance with clinical, safety, and organisational standards.

Required Qualifications:
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Tertiary qualifications in management, business, or a related discipline (desirable)
  • Expertise and/or postgraduate qualifications in perioperative nursing
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to influence and inspire others
  • Strong customer service focus, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving, analytical and report-writing abilities
