Administrative Support Role

We are seeking an experienced Strata Assistant to join our team at ACRWORLD.

About the Role

This is a mid-senior level, full-time position that involves providing administrative support to strata committees and clients, with a focus on maintaining accurate records and files.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining accurate records and files, including meeting minutes, agendas and supporting documentation
  • Providing administrative support to strata committees, including preparing meeting minutes, agendas and supporting documentation
  • Responding to client queries and dealing with levy enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting with invoice processing, budget and financial statements to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders to resolve issues and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
  • Ideally you have previous experience in Strata, Property Management or Building Management, with a strong understanding of strata laws and regulations
  • Certificate of Registration as a Strata Manager or equivalent qualification
  • Great communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and Committee members
  • Positive attitude and exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on providing high-quality support to clients
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow processes, with a willingness to question and improve procedures as needed
