We are seeking an experienced Credit / Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team at Elements Recruitment Australia. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the company's debtor ledger, ensuring healthy cash flow and optimising collections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end accounts receivable management, including cash collection and debtor reconciliations
  • Daily processing of debtor receipts and bank fees
  • Preparing weekly debtor reports and monitoring outstanding accounts
  • Allocating customer payments and liaising with debtors to resolve queries
  • Preparing monthly ATB and cash flow reports for senior management
  • Conducting credit checks and setting up new customer accounts
  • Managing multi-currency invoicing and credit notes
  • Performing month-end bank reconciliations and assisting with financial reporting
