Mental Health Specialists

We are seeking highly skilled mental health professionals to join our team and provide high-quality care to older adults with mental health issues in a tertiary health setting.
About the Role:
As a mental health professional, you will work in a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care to patients with complex mental health needs. Your primary responsibility will be to assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients experiencing mental health issues related to aging.
- Assessing Mental Health Needs: You will conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Delivering Holistic Care: As a member of the multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care that addresses the physical, emotional, and social needs of patients.
- Collaborating with Patients and Families: You will build strong relationships with patients and their families to provide support, education, and guidance throughout the treatment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing Treatment Plans: You will work with patients and other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans that address their specific mental health needs.
- Providing Education and Support: You will educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and self-management strategies.
- Collaborating with Other Healthcare Professionals: You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care that addresses their physical, emotional, and social needs.
