Key Responsibilities:- Maintaining gardens, lawns, paths and communal outdoor areas through regular cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Performing gardening tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, mulching, watering and planting.
- Managing rubbish bin placement and waste disposal effectively.
- Maintaining and safely operating gardening equipment and tools.
- Responding to ad hoc maintenance or gardening requests based on resident needs and village standards.
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience in gardening, groundskeeping or landscape maintenance.
- Demonstrated knowledge of horticultural practices and plant care.
- Ability to work independently with high initiative to maintain presentation standards.
- Customer-friendly approach and strong interpersonal skills for effective communication.
- Physical capability to undertake manual tasks involving lifting up to 15kg.
- Previous experience in residential communities, retirement villages, schools or commercial grounds is highly regarded.
